Located in Denton, we offer professional quality services for new home designs, additions, and remodels from the beginning preliminary design process through to the completion of construction documents. Since the birth of the business, we have a proven track record of excellence in both large volume design services and small, individual custom projects. An internationally renowned steel company, contracted with DKC Homes in late 2002 to design their newest product line: light gauge residential steel framing. References from local residents are also available upon request.

Typical “builder” sets offered by the company include floor plans, roof plans, building elevations, door/window and room finish schedules, wall sections and details, electrical plans and plot plans. In most cases, DKC Homes can also provide a building footprint to assist your local foundation engineer.
